Students can choose from a wide range of professions: general nurse, midwife, health laboratory assistant, public health worker, radiographer, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, rescue worker - paramedic, orthotist-prosthetist, social pathologist and social worker, public health protection assistant, nursing (paediatric care, geriatric care), community midwifery. Students also have the opportunity to become involved in grant-funded activities.

The Faculty is involved in international cooperation at various levels. The Faculty of Health Studies has partnership agreements with 25 European universities within the LLP Erasmus Programme. Apart from Europe we also cooperate with institutions in the USA, Ghana, Madagascar, Taiwan and Australia. Additionally, we participate in European projects such as Intensive Programme and Leonardo. Furthermore we started the unique cooperation with L. U. de. S. University in Switzerland owing to get the „double diploma“ for students from both universities.
